Coaching Supervision
So you're a professional coach - maybe a life-coach, or a performance coach, business coach or in one of the many niches and specialisms that have developed in recent years. Do you have supervision? Have you thought of having supervision? Why should you? After all, the research shows that most coaches don't have regular supervision.
Of course, supervision may one day become a mandatory requirement for coach accreditation. But coercion is far from the best reason for having a supervisor.
Coaches can gain hugely from supervision in:
- Developing insight
- Resolving ethical dilemmas
- Developing skills, processes and techniques
- Managing themselves and their coaching practice
As an accredited Supervisor with the Coaching Supervision Academy, Ian can support you through all these fields.
Ian's sessions are usually an hour to an hour and a half, and can be face-to-face or by phone or Skype. Frequency of sessions is by arrangement and can be anything from monthly to quarterly.
Prices vary according to requirements - ranging from £85 to £130 a session.
